I purchased a new CB from him last Nov. I didn't get around to installing it until Jan. There ended up being power issue in the CB.
I contacted Mark and he told me who the seller was on Ebay that he bought it through. I contacted the original seller and they ignored me. Mark offered to contact them for me and was eventually able to reach the guy and convince him to replace it under warranty for me. (shout out to BlueParrot sales for actually warranting it even though I am not the original buyer [even with the communication issues])
They shipped out a replacement unit but sent it back to Mark. Mark shipped it to me and covered the postage for my troubles, even though it wasn't his fault and he had gone way out of his way to assist me.
