Meet and Greet, kinda...but not really

A former co worker of mine who now works for a local detailing company is having a little "car show". Thisis their first annual.

It's nothing fancy. There is no registration for cars or trucks. There are no prizes...etc. Apparently, it's just a place for people to show off their rides in a parking lot. This is being held at Velocity 5 in Centreville, Va.

There will be Hooters girls, some models, and the restaurant will open at 10am. It will be going from 8am-4pm.

There is a benefit there for Lukes Wings | Flying families. Lifting spirits.. This is an organization that helps unites our wounded veterans with their families by purchasing airline tickets, working with travel agencies, and so forth.

I will probably be there around 10ish to see what's going on and maybe catch up with some friends. I will probably only hang for a couple hours or so. It's supposed to be in the low 90's and I'm fat so I don't do heat. I've also got another commitment around 1pm.

It be nice to see some you guys again. Especially since I won't have to MC this one (for those of you that came to my show in April). I also have some ideas to bounce of you guys.

I'll try to remember to bring some High Tech stickers to give away too!

I think I'll be MTB down at Fountainhead that morning, but if I break something or get done early I'll drive up to Centreville and check it out! Velocity5 is right behind my old office building...great wings!
 
I'll try to stop in and say hi. I'm in the market for a roof rack, so I want to take a close look at the Gobi on yours, Bobby.

I should be there around 10:00AM to see what's going on...I just put my Gobi on last week (no ladder yet)...but, that'll give you another one to check out. I love it!

I just read this, I allready have plans or I would be there to meet you guys.

I am going to Stafford Airport to look for some trails. I will give you guys a up date on what I find.

Like I said, I'm not sure what to expect. It's their 1st annual and there's no organization of vehicles.

I've got my wired hdh system with me. Might bounce some ideas off of you guys that show up. Need some feedback of switch location.

Can you take some pictures of the HDH (the back in particular) when you get a chance?

Sure. The wiring is very flexible. You could bend it up all the way. Pretty neat stuff.
 
Bobby, good seeing you and BQ up there today. That keypad is SLICK.... I need to get some things to control just to justify having it. Really neat device.
 
Gamer & Duc...definitely nice meeting you both! We'll have to get a big N.VA get together soon and get all these guys out.
