Memphis 3rd Gen

i figured it was time to move my post from the welcome to a 3rd gen thread. here goes:
So my list of current mods is pretty short...
-I have tinted the windows 15% fronts, 5% everywhere back of that.
-Installed a pioneer AVH-3400 DVD player with bypass switch so it can be viewed whenever
-Installed my amp and a 12" sub with (2) 6X9s in the rear. It is just a temporary install of those items. I have plans to build a nice box for the sub/amp and another for the 6x9s for the tailgate. It should flip down for entertainment purposes. I play a lot of volleyball and tailgate. Should be pretty cool...we'll just have to see what I can put together.
-Halfway through an autopage alarm/remote start install.
-Deckplate mod (considering the ISR mod, but still debating)

As far as new to me maintenance:
Changed the oil, charged a/c, changed fuel filter, new spark plugs

For future mods:
-install the Warn XD9000 winch I bought on CL (not sure where to go with this one. I want a nice bumper up front to support it, but i'm no welder. i may buy one and learn though as i have wanted to for some time.
-rear bumper w/ tire holder and maybe other acc.
-better roof rack
-TRD Tundra (got the yellow/yellow and blue/yellow) and LC coil swap (got them from a 97. I have both sets of springs being shipped to me. now i just have to decide on shocks and struts.
-Tundra Brake swap...makes since considering the extra weight
-would like to replace the cat and exhaust w/ hi-flow stuff to see if i can improve performance.
-bigger tires...it has 265s on it now.
-replace or cover front seats...leather is pretty torn up.
-install some sort of rear seat pad for the co-pilot (she's in the last pic...and can sleep anywhere and in any position). i like to have the seats down for her to have some space.
-cargo shelf...i saw someone that had a shelf hung in the top of the cargo area. that seemed like a great idea.
-HID projector swap. I'm looking now to find some clear replacement HL assemblies that i can do a full retrofit on.

Thats the gist of it for now. feel free to comment, etc. thanks for all the info so far.

below i'll post some pics of the various steps.

i basically looked through a lot of other threads for the build of the rack and bumper, took what i liked, discarded what i didn't and that is what i came up with. pretty happy with all of it. used truck bed liner by rustoleum for all of it and it seems pretty hardy. i'm not the best welder, but most of the beads look passable. everything passed the stand on it and whack it with a sledge hammer test.

welcome, looks like a clean runner! How did you mount your roof rack to the rails though?? Pic?? Thinking of building my own but not sure how to attach it.

i unscrewed the cross members that were on there. there is a little rectangular pc that has a threaded hole. they slide back/forth in the tracks on the side. i mounted tabs to fit and threaded w/ bolts that had the same size. so it actually sits flush on the side rails and the bolts hold it in place. here are some pics that might help.

a look down the rail where you can see multiple tabs

i really didn't take many progress photos of the bumper. i could get some close ups for you if needed. i made a mount similar to the addicted off road mount and then fabbed everything else up from there.

no real idea how many hours i have in it. i'd say at least 20...a few hours a night for a few weeks to fab. another couple hours to paint. but i'm a beginner welder and only have a chop saw and an angle grinder for my cuts so a more experienced person could probably get it done much faster.

thanks for the compliment.
