My truck is in the shop getting its tailgate replaced. I have a 2012 Camry as a rental (LE Inline 4) and I really like it..... It's pretty powerful (if get an SE V6) and the MPG is awesome. It's really comfy and I'm in love with the touch screen interface that is standard on all camrys but the L model. It's black (I'd get red) and I love the design. I don't know, I doubt I could afford one but who knows. Maybe when I get my truck back ill fall in love all over again? I don't know, but the Camry is really nice and I love the MPG.

Think about the versatility of your truck... Can't do much with a camry..

I don't really do much with my truck.... It's mostly a pavement pounder and very rarely do I tow. I can't really afford one of these camrys but I will have one........ Eventually. The payoff on my truck is $17,340.08 and private party she's worth about 11k.

Completely off topic here but your signature has said "soon to come: Volant CAI" since I've been a member here. Hows that coming along?? :D

EDIT: Maybe not since i've been a member here but forsure since you've been a member here lol

You might as well trade in your 4R, seeings that it's a 4x2 V8 that you don't use for towing/hauling. Next owner might put it to better use.:biggrin2:

How did you end up still owing $17k on a 03 truck?

Value in GA must better than here. My 04 with 4wd and v6 is only worth $9k on kbb.

Very well ;) LOL I haven't decided if I want one yet. Idk the factory intake is pretty good. Maybe when I get an exhaust?

That's crazy , I was offered 12k from the dealer, before I did the bumper. I owe 2k on it with 130k on the odo. Used yota 4x4 trucks pull big $ in the Northeast

Some never learn. Go from negative equity from one vehicle to another with negative equity.. :wow: That's like going from Crack to Meth. Owing $17K on a 2003 is a bad decision.

Maybe you should get a Camry. I'd try around a 1995 where you can get on the positive side and quit losing your hard earned money.

Negative equity from my old 2003 Highlander.

I road tested the new Camry at the launch early last year. Was a lot of fun. Very impressive car, they really upped the "fancy" factor in them and the Entune is a sweet set up. Id own a new Camry in a second.

This is the first time I've ever had negative equity on a vehicle, thank you.

Sorry, negative equity isn't going to kill me. At least it's my bad decision and not yours. BTW, it only has 82k on it. So it's a low mileage bad decision.

Maybe I should. But I'm not getting a old one. If I get one it's going to be at least a 2012, the whole reason I even thought about getting one.

This one doesn't have Entune, but I've played with it before. It is pretty nice, but I wish it didn't use the data from my phone since I'm on a shared plan which is only 10 gigs a month with 4 people on the line.

I'd own one too if the one I want (Barcelona Red SE V6) wasn't so expensive.

@%1;

Still I had 4 new Toyota trucks and always had a huge amount of equity in each at trade in time. They even pay me for my over mileage lease tundras.that's why I will never buy anything else.

I took one of my friends for a ride in the Camry, floored it and he was like "is this a V6?) LOL no it's a 4 cylinder. "Why does a 4 cylinder have so much power?" "Because it's a Toyota!" Was my answer. The 2.5L isn't a bad engine. If I wasn't so power hungry I'd get a 4 cylinder but why when a 268HP V6 is available?
