2621 out of Camp Pendleton @ 1st Radio Bn
Got out as a CPL
3 deployments - 2 iraq, 1 afghan (straight up fobbit on all 3)
and the best stat...
2 NJPS!!!!

While on barracks duty in 1987, I got 1) a meritorious promotion, 2) Marine of the month, and 3) NJP - all in the same 3 week period.

I thank all that have and try to find others ways to be useful.
I'm a "Michael Berry" listener and one very disturbing statistic he gave the other day was. Since the day flight 370 was declared missing (only two weeks ago) more then 900 U.S. Soldiers have committed suicide here back in the states, and not much is being done to defeat this sickening epidemic. Only two weeks!!
CAMP HOPE founded by Wiiliam White in honor of his fallen "hero" son. Is a dedicated facility created to help those soldiers returning to civilian life with injuries both physical and mental.
I Don't mean to be a downer here on this site but they are a non profit organization that can always use more help, and so I'm just trying to spread the word for those who think they might need help, and those who think they might be able to help. If this reaches but only one person, who knows of another vet. In need of help then maybe we can do something about the future, hell if nothing else, give them a future to look forward too.
