Minimum lift/mods to fit 33" 285s and make the ride better?

NP, just a warning tho it's gonna be expensive, but it's always better to do it right the first time instead of wasting tons of money upgrading and upgrading like i did. midtravel suspension is the perfect setup for expedition, moderate rock crawling and streets, it's the happy medium. i've seen full adjustable mid travel front setup with coil overs and upper control arms for around 1000$ and rear coil+shocks for around 400 used. so all together its almost 1500 bucks if you are lucky enough to find deals. and then to tune it perfectly, this is not a game.

Yeah sounds like it will have to be a down the road thing, right now theres not really that sort of budget to throw on it, still have to pay it off first.........damn.
money, it's useful but the ****ing devil at the same time.

So I'm going to go ahead and noob it up a little more...

If I ran a 30-32inch 285, on Tundra 5 star Split Spokes (just got them, love them) with wheel spacers would I be able to do that with out having to cut anything up? With a 2-3" lift

I'm really trying to avoid having to cut anything.


I've also found 2 sets of OME 890 for sale, I might just start with collecting those and eventually having a full set up.


Do the 890s ride sort of stiff though? compared to stock? Think I read that somewhere.
