Misfire 2000 Camry

My mom has a 2000 Camry with the 2.2l 4cyl.
It has a misfire on cylinder 4 only. Happens on cold starts. Once the engine warms up, it goes away.
Plugs and wires have been done and the coil pack on cylinder 4 as well.
I am going to try to figure it out tomorrow.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Simplest and most straightforward suggestion is to get a cheap $20 OBDII scanner.

This will tell you the misfire cause, for example, if it's lean or rich related, or whether it's due to something else.

That only gives you an idea at the highest level, but it's more than you have without it.
