When did it start mis-firing? Did it just happen or did it start after you did some work to the truck? I would tend to agree with Tim, most of the time it's a wire routing problem. Common mistake that has been made by many on this forum. Easy fix though.
If it just happened and wasn't the result of something being replaced and a mistake being made, there are quite a few things that could cause that. You said the plugs are good and the compression is good, so:
3 bad injectors
Possible cracked head or head gasket (unlikely since compression #'s were good)
Bad ground somewhere in the wire harness for the injectors on that side
Bad Throttle Position Sensor
Bad Coolant Temperature Sensor
Being that you're getting a code for all 3 and they're on the same side, I'd start with double checking the routing of your spark plug wires. Easy things first and then go from there.

I picked it up after having the rear end rebuilt. It ran great when i got off the freeway the damn thing died on me. And ran really rough. Then i replaced wires and plugs, fuel filter. I have checked and rechecked my wiring orders. 1-4, 3-6, 5-2. Thank you for the link about fuel injectors.

No prob man.... I've been there... took me the better part of a winter to finally fix mine. I changed plugs, wires, 1 coil pack, cleaned my MAF and Throttle Body, ran some Seafoam through the Vacuum lines, and then finally went through the entire process of replacing my injectors 5 times, before I got it running right.
IF you go that route.... make sure you buy brand new injectors, locally. Don't buy online, and especially don't buy from E-bay. Make sure they are brand new... and not refurbished units.
I tried to save some money, and bought a set of 6 on E-bay for the price of one here locally. Figured I'd get ahead, and just replace them all with refurbished ones..... didn't end so well for me!
