Missing Part?

Can someone tell me if something is missing? It looks like something should be installed on the brackets that I circled in red.

This pic was taken from the passenger side, just behind the front tire. Could someone take a pic so I could compare?

It's a 2011 SR5 upgrade package.

Plastic splash guard! It only comes on Limiteds and does very little if anything.

It's been discussed several times.

Phew!!!

Other thing I noticed in the pic is why my tranny is black at the bottom... I'm hoping it's the Toyota under coating??

Most likely from driveline grease.
