missing rocker switch

Hello forum, I am looking at a 94 4runner. It has two rocker switches on console below automatic transmission shift lever and 2-4 wheel drive lever. The rocker switch on driver's side is missing. Right side is still there but I didn't get a good look at it. Is one of these switches for overdrive and the other to raise/lower tailgate window? Thanks for any replies.

My '95 has one, on the passenger side. Rear glass.
The overdrive is on the shifter.
I do have a button in that area that puts the tranny into a power mode.

Ahead of the shifters will be an ECT button for the transmission, behind will be the power rear window switch, rear window lock switch, and a coin slot, going from passenger side to driver side.

To ChoochCharlie and 99BlackSE, Thanks for the replies. I hope to purchase this 4runner after mechanic looks at it. Hopefully it will be in good enough shape to run with-out a number of repairs. It will need front CV axles though. It's low price (94 V6 170k mi. 4wh dr. $1600) leaves some room for the new axles.
