missing sun visor

missing sun visor extension

i've had my Sport Edition 4runner for 2 months and just noticed that on the brochure, it says that it's supposed to have the sliding sun visors. But it's not on my car.

Is this the case with anyone else.

I've got a 2k4 and I've got the visors that has the section that slides out. It slides out to cover the rear view mirror. Time to talk to the dealer if I were you...

i checked a local dealer yesterday, and none of the sport editions on the lot had em, but the SR5s did. The service guys couldn't verify that SE models have em.
So after calling Toyota this morning, a rep at my dealer called me back and said they SHOULD be standard.
so they're gonna order the part for me.

kinda surprised that something that's published as standard is not in the vehicle.

anyone discover anything missing(not stolen) from their cars?

When I bought my truck, it should have had the wireless headphones and the remote for the RSA. Neither of them actually CAME with the truck, so my Sales Rep wrote out a "We Owe" form which I took to the parts department. They ordered them without any hastle and I had them both in a couple of days.

I'm wondering about your visors. I see that one person said that a section of their visor slid out, but on mine the entire visor slides. Is there a possibility you're looking for a sliding portion inside your visor and not sliding the physical visor out by pulling on it?
