Just switch out the contacts, its like 10 bucks. it will gradually get worse. mine did. and don't get a new starter, toyota starter last longer than the truck, its the contacts that gets worn out

haha tell that to my LBJ, UBJ, axle seals, axle bearings, CVs, injectors, TBS list goes on, but they do a good job on their starters, buddy uses it as a crawl gear on his truck, put it in first gear and use the starter lol

12 hours now and my starting issues have disappeared.

Dang Connor! You just have bad luck with these things. Glad everything worked out in the end. Your rig is starting to remind me of mine. But instead of not starting or losing power, mine starts fine. It just knocks... A lot. Haha. I'd almost rather have it not start then start and remind me that the guy I bought it from was a complete dumbass.

Ya this engine does not like me at all haha. Engine knocks are never good...
