more lift for 87 4 runner?

hey, i just bought an 87 4 runner with a 4 inch rough country lift and i was wondering how i can get it higher and to fit at least 35"s thanks.

You can fit 35s with a 4 inch lift.

I have been running 35's on my 4runner with a 4" lift for a while. I even lowered it a little after putting the lift on.

It clears 35's now but I want to get it up a higher. I was thinking about taking of all old suspension and start new with sas and I plan on lifting it with Chevy 63 leaf springs right now, how would I lift the front without doing sas? Thanks for your help

Ball joint spacers or cranking the torsion bars up. I would not recommend the latter.

you can also do a diff drop for the front end. I believe a few people on here have gone that route. I personally have a 2in lift and 1.5 in BJ spacers in the front. But i'm running a second gen, though it would all be the same regardless.

I have a 4inch IFS and 3 inch body. I also have extended shackles in the rear and my torsion bars cranked down a tad. If i could do it over, I would not have done that much body lift if any at all.

Chevy springs provide less than a 4" lift, unless you get lifted chevy springs.. but that defeats the point of using the cheap chevy springs.

For the cost and work involved and for what your using the truck for, just put a body lift on it and be done with it.

You could add 1-1.5" BJ spacers in the front and 1-1.5" lift shackles in the rear, easy and cheap.
Then if you need more room, a 1-2" Body Lift.

BJ spacers over his massive BJ extensions from the rough country lift he already has? Would that work?
