Motorcycle Rack

I'm thinking of getting a motorcycle rack that attachs to the receiver hitch. The motorcycle and the rack will weigh around 400lbs. I am concerned about how my stock 94 4runner will handle all that weight a foot behind the vehicle. Does anybody have experience with these types of racks? I will be doing light (forest service roads) 4x4ing and highway driving. How much do you think the drivability will be adversely affected?

I use a Moto Jack Rack to haul my motocross bike with. I have a 03 4runner and it does fine....no problems. Before that I used my wifes Yukon XL. My bike only weighs 225 lbs. though, but I also have a couple of gallons of gas on the back with it.
