mount hi lift to 1st gen roll bar?

Hey guys anyway of doing this without ordering a special mounting kit like this one

Toyota 1st Gen 4Runner Hi-Lift Jack Mount

i need about two inches of added clearance to get mine to fit, i was thinking to get a stud bolt and just put them in on each side but i cant get a coupling in 7/16 fine thread nor a stud bolt lol, any easy suggestions? thanks!
