Mounting lights to top of brushguard bar?

I just picked up a WAAG front brush guard for my 3rd Gen, and it only has two holes to mount lights to. I plan on putting flood lights here, but I also want to add spot lights. My question: Is there anyway to mount lights to the very top of the brushguard bar without drilling holes? Are there any clamps or something available? I've been searching around but I'm not sure what such a thing (if it exists) would be called. Thanks.

Would welding light tabs to the top be an option for you?

Otherwise, maybe this might work if you are trying to avoid welding.
