30. No highway driving for me, all backroads. That is mainly what is contributing to my fuel mileage.

55 to 65mph seems to be the sweet spot for this truck.
I got 10mpg climbing and 40 mpg descending, my net mileage would be greater than normal. I average 21 mpg driving to and from work.
Yes, this is a theory which I have proven over many vehicles. If you set the pistons by breaking in a vehicle with harder driving in the first thousand miles (quicker starts to 3000 RPM) it will perform better with greater efficiency. In other words, don't baby these beasts! Welcome weighing in with your opinions.
