99' And yeah, 5 speed and sport package, no winter package though. (didnt bother me) Has M5 Bumpers and 18" BBS RK's on it. Orient Blue with Black Interior, it was a beautiful car.

you know the sport pkg e39 wagons with the manual trans was a rare car... i used to work for a BMW dealer, and only ever saw one of them... im not sure on actual production numbers and import numbers but with that set up its a rare car. and yours looked beautiful btw

Yeah, definitely a rare car. Seen some e39 wagons with a 5 speed, seen some e39 wagons with the sport package but not many with both. I loved that car but I hardly drove it, I put 2500 miles on it last year. BMW's generalyl don't do well when they're not driven so figured it was time to find her a new home.

I got 18.5 mpg. Filled up and went riding trails in the mountains, then rode back home 90 miles interstate. . . downhill mostly. Strangely, I'll get less than 17 going TO the mountains.

i usually get 19 on the freeway with 4.30 and 33s

I just topped off my tank today for the first time and with 80% hwy 20% city I got 18.8mpg with 255/75R17 32" tires.
It has 157xxx miles on it.

I plan to change all the fluids within the next month or so to 100% synthetic and I might do the Motorvac thing.
