So in short I cannot comment on the savage bumper and I am sure it is a good product. What I do know is that the 4X bumper is an amazing product. Their proprietary latch and hinge set is the strongest and best thought out I have seen and used. The build quality is amazing and the price is great too. I have put it to the test and it has taken all the abuse I have thrown at it lol.

Now I just need to figure out why the damn MR2 keeps blowing knock sensors... I killed it in the parking lot because I forgot it in gear and that killed the sensor... The things you don't realize are a problem until after you buy something lol.

Just picked up a Fiskars x27 splitting axe and Fiskars 22" machete to add to my tool bag in the 4Runner

how did you hide the wires on the front? most people I've seen have zipties going down the bull bar when they mount them to it like that. I have wanted to do the same thing just trying to find a clean way to do it so I won't have to drill holes in the bumper or have zip-ties everywhere

They just come right through the grille on my setup right to the lights. No need to drill any holes and since the wires are so short from my HID ballasts there are no zip ties showing either.

Was leaving a parking lot yesterday and stabbed the throltle and there was a small thud and then a repeeated clunk that matches the speed of the Runner. I think I lost the needle bearings out of one of the ujoints in the rear or somthing on the double cardan joint is very unhappy. I limped it home and parked it.

I had something very similar happen to my t100, but i knew what it was with that since the bearing was just gone. This not the case. Everything looks fine. I am going to have to put it up on jack stands and run it to try and find the problem.

Nice. If you use the machete much you will grow to hate it.

I have the exact one and the handle has 2 little grips at the top and bottom. Well every time I swing it the top one likes to jab into my palm and cause a blister. So I started wearing leather gloves. Kinda solved the issue but it's still there.

Welp something is definitely crunchy in my diff.... The prop shaft and DC is all in one piece so i have to pull the drain plug and check for chunks. :dammit: If it is toasted i am going to get a ring and pinion set from yukon and call it good... I need to know if there is something else ****ed what the next step will be I know that shit floating around in their could grenade something pretty quick...

Got my Wet Okole's installed 2 weeks ago and they are fantastic! The fit is amazing, the quality is superb, and I think the Max5 camo pattern is very fitting for the color of our interiors.

Well I figured I would share the carnage from my rearend mishap. Classic brittle failure... A word of advice don't mat the throttle when its cold out, but better yet if you feel the rear get light where you are gonna get traction quick, get out of it haha. Anyway I'll chalk that up to a lesson learned, and now I have some sweet new Yukon gears

Fixed the photos thanks for that!

Just replaced them, 4.10's are plenty for me. With the supercharger I have never felt down on power. I may change it up after I graduate and don't put on so many highway miles.
