Muffler finish different than advertised?

Quick question, I ordered the cherrybomb vortex #88103 from amazon and just received it. However, it is advertised everywhere having a black finish while mine has a silver finish. So I researched it and every single vortex I see is also black. I was wondering what I should think about this i'm almost positive its the same muffler but would hate to put something I wont like on.

If the amazon ad and all others you have seen have a black finish and you received otherwise I would return it. That would be false advertising unless it states that it comes in different colors.

I obviously don't care what color the muffler is cause I won't ever see it and am not really worried about false advertising as long as I actually got the muffler I wanted and ordered. Anyone heard of this with the vortex?
