Multi-Use EDC Backpack

Hey guys. i have been on the hunt for a while for an EDC multi-use back pack. I need something for biking, work, and general everyday items that I would be carrying. I definitely need what they call a marsupial pouch, and two external water pouches on the side. I also need something that will be light, and wont make my back sweat. I dont care for specific brands that much, but some that caught my eye are the Mountain Hardware Agama, The North Face Recon, the Osprey Talon 22, among others.
A hydration bladder, laptop compartment is a must. Plus, the more pockets the better. Waterproof or at least weather resistant a must.

I currently use a Teton 1100 but it has gotten too small for my needs.
What do you guys use and what do you recommend for my use?

I have a Mountain Hardwear Enterprise that is tough and versatile. Zippers are crucial and they are YKK throughout. I use it everyday for 4 miles per day in Manhattan through all weather. Fantastic pack. Strong laptop sleeve with a hammock design so it doesn't hit bottom.

The North Face Surge 2 is another great pack that's built very well.

Got an Osprey Stratos 36 for half off at REI a couple years ago. I just wanted a backback to put all the extra stuff iI bought on vacation in there and ended up fitting damn near my whole suitcase in the damn thing. When I put it on it felt like only 5 pounds on my back. Love that thing.

I just bought an Osprey Karve 16-liter for the exact same purpose. It is somewhat lacking in smaller pockets, but it holds every I need quite nicely, and is rugged and waterproof, since it is ultimately intended as an inbound/sidecountry day pack for skiing. I love it, and never leave the house without it anymore. Plus, their unlimited lifetime warranty is top notch. repairs/replacement for life. Check it out!
