My 04 V6 is nearing 200k, any special maintenance I should consider?

Oil and filter have been changed every 5k since new (all highway miles).

All differentials were changed to synthetic at 150k.

Water pump, coolant, spark plugs were just changed.

At 150k I drained the trans and replaced the fluid. 5 qts. Plan on doing that again at 200k.

Both air filters are on schedule at 200k.

Anything else to consider?

Sounds like you have it all covered, what about a trans flush instead of a drain and refill.
Mine has 111,000 miles and I want to do the fluid change on everything now.
 
Sounds like you are taking great care of your truck already. Tranny flush is not recommended for these transmissions, you were right to just drain and fill. Might be a good idea if you havent already to get a used oil analysis by blackstone labs, really a great way to KNOW what is going in your engine. Other than that, maybe a nice wash and wax?

Did you change the water pump because of an issue/leak or just because based on your mileage?
 
Yes get your tranny flushed, this gets all the fluid in the torque converter, tranny cooler and lines and also the most importain part it flushes the valve body.
It's kind of like taking a crap and not wiping and then putting new underware on.
