My 1992 Toyota 4Runner "Slow build"

Well i got a Flex-A-Lite Black Magic S Blade fan. So it look's like the process will start this weekend. I will also be welding up light tab's to the front bumper and mounting some light's, have yet to figure out what kind yet. Picture's will come will more information on the build.

Yes, i am going to have to adjust it when i get it all set up.

Yea it's pretty close I haven't been up that way in a good while so I forget how close it is

So i'm thinking i might start working on it this weekend. It's been awhile sense i've even looked at it (sad i know). I've been working on the daily driver. So soon i should have some update's.

It is bolt or weld on, no mod's needed ready to go! The trail gear bumper bolt's right on and DOESN'T get in the way of the skid plate. The Trail Gear bumper only use's the hawse fairlead but i have seen some people cut the bottom tube (which makes the bumper weak) to get a roller type to fit. You have to install the winch before you install the bumper, i found that out the hard way. No mod's needed for the Warn M8000, however install your fairlead first with the nuts toward the outside of the bumper in order to get the winch to fit. If you install the nut's on the back of the bumper for the hawse the bolt will get in the way of the winch fitting, i found that out the hard way too.

Well i pulled her into my shop last night i started the rebuild. Got the head's off, got to wait for my spare's to come back to me. Here is a picture.

Just ordered my timing belt kit and water pump. I plan on running the AC for those hot summer day's on the trail. So i still got to get my AC belt. Still waiting on my head's to come back then i should be putting it back together.

It's been awhile might as well give a update. Sent the head's in AGAIN after getting them back and nothing being done to them. Still looking for the Camry AFM and a header y-pipe. Will keep posted soon.

Whotech was suppose to do them, yes they sent them back untouched. Now my buddies girlfriend is doing them in her engine rebuilding class.

Headers are now painted, been trying to get this thing put back together but the weather hasnt been working with me on it.

Well time for an update, i got my head's back. Here is a picture.

Then i started putting it all together using:
ARP Head Stud's

Fel-Pro head gasket set

K & N Oil Filter

New water pump and thermostat

Here is it all installed

Then i pulled out my LC Engineering extended exhaust stud's
