It was the hardest car part i have looked for, found it on the Marlin Crawler forum for $100 and bought it up quick.

Well started my transfer case cooler relocation tonight. Here are the picture's of that. More picture's to come as i progress.

1990 v6 24 valve. But the part number has to match, I have that number as 197100-3690 it's an easy swap. Just click the wheel counter clock wise inside seal it back up and go. It's plug and play wiring wise.

I'm not to worried about anything hitting the cooler it's self. However the lines a little bit, just got to watch them.
Good luck, it took me 4 pick and pull's and like 40 Camry's.

Added a little bit of light to the front. You should know how good the Toyota headlight's are.

Does look great! Are those the 7" Hellas? I have pre-drilled holes in my front bumper for lights, and would like to get 7" HIDs.

They are almost 7", so i guess they are classed are 7".

I just read over your whole build thread, awesome job. Its cool seeing it transform from when you got it to the way it sits now. Ive got my spare 3.0 sitting in the garage waiting on me to rebuild it. Reading your thread kinda helps motivate me thanks!
Quick question, you say you work at a transmission shop, maybe you can help me or get me pointed in the right direction. I've had my runner since october of last year. Ever since I've had it, it will not go into 4lo. It will go into 4Hi, but when its there its all the way at the bottom in the 4lo slot. It does have a 4" lift with 35's on it. Is there maybe some kind of linkage or something under there that needed to have been adjusted when the lift was put on and the lift installers forgot to adjust it? Again Ive never been able to get it to go into 4lo, and thats the only thing I can think of is maybe something needs to be adjusted to compensate for the lift. Thanks for any advice and again nice build thread, truck looks great!!

Welcome for the motivation.
To answer your question, as long as it's not a body lift there is no adjusting needed. But it could've fallen out of adjustment after all these year's. What i would do is unhook the linkage from the transfer case and see if the transfer case will go into 4 low. If the transfer case goes into 4 low it's a linkage issue.
P.S. I no longer work at a transmission shop, but that is my main knowledge. Hope that help's.
