My 4runner won't start...again.

So I got out of my truck for all of 30 seconds and went to fire it up again, and it didn't start. Is it just coincidence that I got my fuel pump and fuel pump circuit replaced 2 months ago and about a month ago, the VSC trac, TRAC OFF, CEL came on? Could the lights be the reason my truck won't start? I'm having it towed to the mechanic on Monday so I should get a definitive answer but just curious. thanks!

Check the started and starter contacts.

I got it back from the mechanic today and it was the starter contacts, what do you know? No charge either because it took like 5 minutes
