I have a 1999 4Runner with 240,000 miles. About a month ago, the door locks started going up and down, the security system started a constant beeping and the lights and dashboard began blinking. This goes on the ENTIRE time I'm driving and will continue for up to an hour after I have shut off the engine and gone inside. Now the crazy part - when the temperture is above 51 degrees it doesn't do it at all. I have replaced the Body ECU but that didn't help and might have made it worse. Any ideas????

i would suggest taking the battery completely offline, positive and negative for at least 20 minutes and see if that resets anything.
read up on the proper way of connecting and disconnecting a car battery
you could have a short as well, just because you have noticed a certain temperature this happens could easily be a coincidence
