My first 4runner, FINALLY !!!

So I picked this thing up two days ago. Straight trade for an 87 BMW 325(e30).
It's a 97 Limited V6 4wd with factory locker with 169,300 miles.
I've already put 200 miles on it in 2 days.
Unfortunately the previous owner painted it flat black (i'm embracing it with my name)
The body is really straight.
No rust that i've seen.
Auto trans shifts real smooth.
Front seats were replaced, rear seats leather is cracked but not ripped.
I'll be getting the carpet clean sometime in the next week.
All lights work.
All power windows work.
Sunroof doesn't work.
Rear window goes down but takes a couple presses of the button to come back up, I don't really mess with it cause I don't want it to get stuck down.
AC blows real cold.
Heater hot.
Has rear fan and heater that work great.
Wood grain looks new.
New tires.
New alternator.
Valve covers leaking a little.
Doesn't overheat at all.

I also own a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ that I'm now thinking about selling.
I figure I don't really need it for anything anymore. only time will tell, anyways..
ONTO THE PICS !!

Yeah ditched my Jeep LJ pretty quick too. Just stopped driving it after I bought my 99 4runner.

yea don't get me wrong, I love my TJ... but I really don't see much use besides taking it to the canyon if I don't want to get the runner muddy.. but it's too small even for just me my wife and kid. the runner is perfect sized.. and so far it seems like i'm getting better mpg. can't complain there.

The flat black doesn't look too bad, at least in the pictures. Don't think I can say the same for those rims :tape:

Congrats on the purchase. What was the original color?
Thanks ! It was originally black.

Yea I'm not too much of a fan of the paint or the rims to be honest. At least they have new tires on them ? lol

My brother works for a wrap company so eventually I can just get it wrapped.
And as far as rims I'm going to ride these until I have everything maintence and little comfort things taken care of (carpet cleaned, led's everywhere, tint, stereo etc..)
Then I'll be getting either methods or te37's.
