I have been a member for 2 years, but have yet to post anything. So I figured it's about time for me to start contributing after finding so much helpful information here.
The past couple years have been busy, but are finally slowing down. After getting new job, buying a new house, and getting married I have finally come close to having a normal daily routine.
On a daily basis I drive my 2008 4Runner, and have been thinking about trading it in the past few months. After thinking long and hard about whether getting something faster with a V8 and a manual would be smart... I finally decided to clean up "Shadow" and keep her until she is paid off. The gas mileage isn't bad, but the main reason I talked myself into keeping it is I've never had a single issue and I just hit 120K.
Anyways, I haven't done much to the car, except new tires and level it out with a Daystar kit. Recently I also removed the running boards just to see what it would look like. It looks better, but I didn't realize how much myself and others that ride with me use them. If I can figure out how to post some pictures I'll show some before and after pictures to sum up the past few years.
