My full time college student build thread! (Kinda picture heavy?)

Howdy guys! I've been a member for about a year now and have been slowly piecing together the rig and decided with the hour I've got before work make one of these!

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Arizona members, let's wheel!)

-Front: Toytec/Eibach Front Coils with Bilstein 5100's (Link: Toytec/Eibach front coil lift springs)

The day I got it.... Had 226k on it I believe and was BONE stock.

First thing I did was take off those dumb running boars.

Now there was quite a bit of time in between now and when I actually started modding. So in between I decided to have some fun quite a few times at a nice mud hole we've got about 20 minuets away from me.

Forgot to do that, was a whole set back..

Any who, it's been a good year piecing this beaut together, and it has never ridden smother and I am so happy! Time to just continue to pour money into this thing because I know I will, but it's well worth it! Now it's time to wheel :first:

It's been about 2 ish months approx give or take a little, and yeah they're blown..

whats done is done, but just a heads up for your future, DO NOT EVER sit under the truck with just a high lift jack supporting it. EVER.

those things are made for "temporary" lifting and unless you have jackstands or anything else supporting the truck up, spend little to no time underneath it unless you absolutely need to be under there.
Use that floor jack you have in the picture instead and put the truck on jackstands, then happy wrenching.

Please take this just as advice and not as a lecture, its only due to past experiences ive seen things go absolutely wrong. Those things fail, move around, and that truck is going down.

But other then that i dig the rims and the lift.

I don’t know how to scare them, I can definitely tell you that you can always surprise them with your scientific work. This can cause a lot of resonance in your classmates. And this is papperater there and about it you can find out and read the review about this service. And I think it will help you a lot. So I advise everyone and everyone.

I was concerned about that, too. Can't see anything but the Hi-Lift holding it up. But you did have someone sitting nearby with a light saber to cut you out if anything went wrong, so I relaxed a little.

fellow college student here, just put new rear springs and later next week i’m doing LBJs, radiator, and new front springs, all in my apartment parking lot lol. with a single little socket set and autozone loaner tools.

if i can do it myself, so can anybody! lol
