Yeah, great effort, it looks cool by itself, but I think it looks really bad on the vehicle. At the risk of sounding like kind of a tool, I think the sharp corners of the bull bar really clash with the rounded corners of the front end. It makes it really stand out and look like it doesn't fit.
Maybe using round stock would make it look better, and I would make it shorter too, but I think you really would need to get rid of all the sharp angles.
Try making a roof rack or a rear bumper. Those are bigger projects, but it looks like you could handle it.
I really don't mean to bash this at all, projects like this are about learning, and I assume this was welding practice for you, so props for going for it. I would say try to make a proper light bar if you want to mount some lights up front, but I think you should consider using round stock instead of square; I think it will fit better.

This was not really practice it was more of a model of what I wanted to do. This was done with a Miller 115v welder. Nothing special. Ironically I own a shop grade bender. However this was done at almost no cost, and I don't have the funds to buy tubing or the dies to work larger than 1" tubing.
I may lower the top a couple of inches and look at making a skid plate of sorts to go on the bottom.

I'm not a fan of bull bars in general so its hard for me to offer advice on how to make it better or give feedback on it. I'm impressed with your work and that you completed this project so hat-tip for that.
I don't know if it's your style but with your welding skills it looks like you should build a rear bumper similar to J-Money$$$. Or at least that's what I would do.

I'd shorten the height to or near the top of the bumper, round the two top edges, and paint it black.
With the lights mounted, you should be good to go.

I made plate brackets that attach to the tow hooks and to the lower 2 bolts that hold the frame horns to the frame itself.
