Yeah, great effort, it looks cool by itself, but I think it looks really bad on the vehicle. At the risk of sounding like kind of a tool, I think the sharp corners of the bull bar really clash with the rounded corners of the front end. It makes it really stand out and look like it doesn't fit.
Maybe using round stock would make it look better, and I would make it shorter too, but I think you really would need to get rid of all the sharp angles.
Try making a roof rack or a rear bumper. Those are bigger projects, but it looks like you could handle it.
I really don't mean to bash this at all, projects like this are about learning, and I assume this was welding practice for you, so props for going for it. I would say try to make a proper light bar if you want to mount some lights up front, but I think you should consider using round stock instead of square; I think it will fit better.
