It's funny because that's what a lot of people say about the outside of the truck too. I remember the thread on 'Mud where it was for sale and someone posted a pic of a stormtrooper and said something along the lines of "it looks like this guy"

Got a new speedo cluster cover ordered. Well, I bought it off a guy who totaled his. You'd be surprised how hard it is to find one. The dealer wanted too much for it. I'll let you guys know what goes on, when it does. School starts in two days though so it might be awhile.

Nice job man! You have a lot more patience that me! I have been debating on at least repainting the silver door trim pieces. Do you remember how you removed those 4 trim pieces?

Ya the only way I could figure out to get them out was to drill the mounts from the back with a small bit (I used my dremel). And then to put them back on, I used epoxy, but I think silicon might have worked better. That's another thing I'd like to revisit in the near future.

how did you get that little insert off of the door panel? the long skinny one is what Im talking about just above the arm rest?

Ok just a little, insignificant update for right now. I got a new one of these:

If you guys don't remember and don't want to go all the way back to look for why, mine is/has

a) Cracked
b) A hole for the boost gauge
c) Painted like crap

So, while I work out a new console for the boost gauge and a few other gauges I'd like to add, does anyone have any ideas on how to go about painting this thing without the running problems of my previous attempt? I can't really afford to screw up again, since the dealer wants hundreds of dollars for this piece lol
