I have been looking hard for just the right T4R to use at our cabin for exploring the hundreds of miles of National Forest trails up there. I met a guy online (I believe a member on here but can't confirm) that needed to sell his rig but seemed to have a tough time letting go. Well after several weeks of talking back and forth we finally struck a deal and picked her up last week. I immediately took it up to the Crab Flats area up near Big Bear and had an absolute blast getting a good feel for it off-road. Everything on the vehicle works perfectly and all of the major maintenance was just done last year.
I can't take any credit for the build, but the only way I was going to get a trail-ready Runner was to find one already built at an affordable price. Everything was done in the last year and he did it just about the way I would have liked it.
Here's a couple highlights:
TRD wheels with almost new 33" BFG MT's
ARB front & air rear lockers with onboard compressor.
Savage full coverage skid plates
White Knuckle rock sliders
Old Man EMU struts and coils
Tranny Cooler
ScanGuage ll
Very happy to be back in a Gen 3 and look forward to being a contributing member of this Forum
