There is one near Six Flags called Timberland Camp. It may be a bit tough for a stock 4Runner though. I still haven't tried it myself. You can also try Paragon Park in PA but that is around 2.5 hours away from here.

Those are organized locations. I mean just simple trails, not organized. Hard to find I guess. I know a couple in the Pine Barrens where some folks take their trucks. Going to try this weekend. Near my in-laws.
