After I got Monroe quick struts in the front and monroe shocks in the back, my runner has been riding very softly. The quick struts also raised the car by an inch. I noticed the car leans more during turns than before. Also, I watched the hood and the car actually goes up and down once or twice (not far, but noticable) after a bump has passed (like an after effect). A few days ago I turned onto an interstate via a downward winding ramp around 50-55mph and my runner started beeping for just 2 seconds. Its never done this before over the past one and half year I've been using that ramp. I'm a bit worried now. Maybe I just have to drive slower than before? Also, I don't know if its the 1'' inch lift or the soft monroes. Maybe a combination of both. I have 90 days to refund the monroes for a full refund. Installation I guess I will just have to deal with...

Not sure about your Monroe's... but I've recently swapped my rubber stabilizer bushings for Poly Urethane Bushings from E-bay, and it made a huge difference in the handling!
I can now make turns and feel like I'm driving my car! Awesome ride with the poly bushings man.....
Aside from that, I've heard that Monroe struts are softer than our OEM setups, might be a little too light for your truck.

get those dam "M" shocks/struts off your runner ASAP, those things are junk and yes all of that bouncing and bumping and swaying ect is from the "M" brand crap you put on your truck. go take them back and get something of quality like at least some KYB gas-adjust or some basic bilsteins or something that cost more than $120 for everything. your old stuff was probably better than the new "M" crap.

No offense taken. I actually did ask back in January. One or two people said monroes have a comfy ride. One person said they were dangerous, I think Gerdo. I fully agree with him now. While the ride was comfy, it was just too soft. I didn't feel stable. I had them taken off today. Got a full refund and spent the money on TOKICO trekmasters. I'll get them Friday, but won't get around to installing them until my finals are over towards the end of the month.

Get some KYB Monomax and some poly body mounts and you'll corner like an F1 racer. Ride is stiff, to say the least, though.
The beeping is definitely the VSC, and the only time that should happen is if the truck is really being thrown around on severely bumpy terrain at high speed.
