My Trip To Uwharrie 7/25/10

So I headed down to Uwharrie for the second time. This time I had my friend with me who had a stock 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee, he just bought. Overall it was a good trip up until the very end when things went fairly sour!

Hitting up a little mud, it was fairly dry out there, but I went out of my way to get a bit of mud

So I blew my tire on a gravel road, the sidewall burst. I am assuming it was a pinch flat seeing as I had the tire aired down to 20 PSI. But I have a good spare and was up and running. I had to head home even though I planned for a two day trip. I was unsure of how rugged the spare wheel was and didnt want to bend it without another spare. Thanks for looking

one flat doesn't sour a 4wd trip...two probably would....there are far worse things that can break...just ask some of the people that wheel hard!

Yea 2wd Base model! I am upgrading to 31's this winter. As for the flat, it was kinda dark I was worn out. It had started raining and I wanted to go home!
