My windshield washer dash light came on / tank full ?

Farther than that. I believe DRLs started in '90

But 3rd Gen 4unners started in '96 (ok, '95.5) and that's all I know about.

Just thoughT id post my experienc same thing happened to me it came on and didnt go off after i filled it up. i just dumped some more fluid in, moved the tank around jiggled it opened and closed the cap and the light went off and has stayed off. Makes no sense but it happened.

This sensor is only on Canadian trucks (just like DRLs and missing 4WD badge on the hatch). I chose not to fuss with it and just snipped the wire to the sensor at the bottom of the tank.
