Name or part # for the Liner Clips

Does anyone know the actual part name or even better the part # for the one-time clips that holds the wheel well liner in a 2002 4Runner Sport?

The parts guys looked at me like I was talking martian and then check his computer and told me that there are no clips and that they are held in with screws. Obviously, I should have had him look at it when I was there.

They are called:

Grommet, Screw

$1.37 per

90189-06212 seems to be specific for the fender liner while 90189-06028 is for the mudguard. (Based off of part description on toyotapartsdeals)
