It does seem like a game sometimes...?!

Ok, this is another one front right, wide circle just under the front fender extending forward. Seems to have no discernible smell. It is not the PS fluid, that was the last time.

Next, coolant. Checked the references, I looked at the resevoir, while cold, it was very slightly below the low mark. Added the small amount to bring it level. Not really low enough to be the culprit.

Is the AC prone to spring a leak something in that vicinity? Not condensed water dripping, since it would have evaporated since driving last night. It has been running non-stop for sure when driving in this weather.

Here is the hole in the belly pan it is dripping through. The large drip area seems to have evaporated, but there is a drip that continues, very slow.

Transmission fluid? Yesterday, I was driving around quite a bit in 4 Hi, stopped occasionally to test it for going to 4 Lo, no progress with that. I don't know why that would initiate a leak.

Take the skid off and see whats directly above it, you can usually follow a leak pattern. Skid plate should just be two bolts towards the rear of it.

Whatever your leak is, if it has evaporated then it's water based, all other fluids in your vehicle are oil based and will not evaporate.

This only leaves 4 options, condensation, coolant, windshield washer fluid or rain water.

Thanks a bunch, that def presented a mystery when I noticed earlier the wide drip area had reduced in size.

It's not coolant, too far back and its not low. I'm ruling out WW fluid, since there is no evidence of anything leaking from a higher level under the hood.

There is no reason (i don't think) the a/c would still be dripping condensation long after use, unless there is some failure/leak somewhere on that unit. Can't think of anything else.

It sounds like it has already been ruled out due to not being an oil leak, but for anyone else it is worth checking the metal transmission cooler and power steering lines under/around the radiator. My transmission cooler lines had rusted and oil was been thrown everywhere due to the skid plate. It took a while to track down.
