Saved speed dials disappear
Had similar experience with my 2010 Trail. Entire screen except recent calls would gray out (even at a stop) and would later reappear. Kind of random. Sometimes OK but most of the time gray. Dealer said entire Nav unit would need to be replaced. That's a whole other story. Took them 6 months to get the correct one. Got the forgot to order. Could not order cause need to reinspect my vehicle. Ordered the wrong one. New one came in scratched. And finally I spoke to the VP of service and they got it right. Finally works! Not really thrilled that the screen grays out about 5 mph or so but that is the way it supposed to work. Need to voice dial while driving.
