Need ‘01 wiring help

I bought the Marion bumper2bumper kit from about four years ago, and put that in. After about two years, I would have this intermittent electrical problem with flashing dash lights. I think I’ve traced it back to bad wiring, where the kit has cca wire that crumbled in my hand. I don’t remember what color this wire is supposed to be, but he ran out of red wire and subbed black wire. It runs to the top internal post in the fuse box. There’s also a light yellow wire that runs into the bottom of the fuse box. Does that sound right for an ‘01?

TL;DR are there supposed to be two hot wires running into fuse box?

Hmm, not sure why it’s not working, will try to reupload when I’m at my pc.

After trolling through the archives, I think I figured out what was supposed to happen. The b2b kit was supposed to move an alternator -> fuse box top post to a battery + -> fuse box top post, and daisy chain the yellow wire on top of that post.
