Don't let them get you down, Miguel. You've got a goal for the rig and an idea of how to get there, unlike a lot of folks on this forum that buy their trucks and mod them strictly for looks.

I think autocrossing with a t4r is a little odd, but if you can make it happen more power to you! I look forward to what you do with it.

Rofl, he's 14, in 2 years, he won't even remember he posted on this forum.

Think of what you were doing when you were 14. I was starting high school and wanted a MKIII Supra. I even jocked around with sellers, pissed some people off. Ended up with an 87 Mercedes 560SEL.

14 years old, he won't even know the value of a dollar for years to come, especially if he thinks 3rd gens go for $1,000.

I can suggest a 1988-1992 Mazda MX6 or Ford Probe GT, fast little turbo cars that are frequently autocrossed and can be found for under $1k in running condition. They're that cheap for a reason though lol
