Need a little help

So I bought a 99 4Runner for my wife to drive she has some complaints, she is 5ft tall and doesn't like the seat because she has to put some towels on it to sit comfortably. So to make a long story short (ha, ha) I need to know did this gen ever come with a power seat and if not what would be a good replacement. Considering she was kind enough to let me sell her Highlander (which had a power seat that adjusted up which is why she liked it so much) to buy a new Tacoma I felt I should at least try to make this as comfortable as possible for her so any suggestions?

My 99 has a dial on the left side of the seat which raises the seat bottom (or at least the back of the seat bottom) by a few inches. It makes quite a difference in seating position. I assume that all manual driver-side seats have this, but maybe not. She has probably already tried this, but I thought I would mention it, just in case...

The dial is on the bottom left of the seat. It makes a difference. my wife is only 5 " tall but with the seat raised a few inches, she cane see the road. In fact, she likes driving the runner compared to the BMW because the bummer (530) has low seats. The only complaint she had on the runer is it gets difficult for her to get in.
