need FSM 2001 limited info

Hi all today a baster broke the fitting at my fuel filter he squeeze to much so now I afto redo the flaring fitting so I am looking in the 4runner 2001 FSM to see what is the torque spec Toyota ask for it ... but I don't find it so if some of you guys know where it his I will like to know .. in which page or chapter it is .

Are you talking about the flare nuts that attach to the fuel filter? What did the "baster" do strip the nut? Many people have problems getting those nuts tight enough as they like to leak fuel. I had to get mine very tight to stop the leaking. There's no torque spec. Just get it tight to the point it doesn't leak. Use flare nut wrenches also.
