Need Help from you Electrical Gurus: RR DIFF Light Wiring.

I am attempting to wire up the factory RR DIFF light on the dash to work with my E locker retrofit. My switch has an indicator light on it, but I've always thought it would be cool to activate my factory dash light when the locker was on. I've also hit that button with my knee a couple times while getting in and out, and only found out about it after feeling my rear end binding up on the road after a turn. I feel like I am so close, but still not quite there.

All the dash bulbs are constantly powered, and the ground is the switch. So when I hook a wire into the dash wiring harness, in the spot for the RR DIFF light, all I need to do to make that light to come on is touch the other end of the wire to ground.

I've hooked up a relay, so now all I need to do is run a wire from the relay to a hot lead to make the light turn on. To make the light turn on when the locker is on, I just need to attach the wire to a lead on the switch that is only hot when the locker is on. Easy enough right? Well I can't figure it out for the life of me. My switch has 6 connectors on the back, and none of them are hot only when the locker is on.

All I want is my dash light to come on, when my E locker switch light comes on. It seems so simple, but I am stumped. Any help is definitely appreciated!

In a stock situation the dash light is illuminated by the 4WD ECM, which I'm guessing you don't have.
Getting it to light in a conversion isn't hard, but I'd have to know the entire control circuit you're using.
Unfortunately, the little drawing of the switch is actually no help at all, it doesn't really represent a switch. And an extra relay shouldn't be needed.

If you can post the entire circuit you used, I can probably help.
