Need help. Fuel pump issue?

I have a 2019 sr5 that the fuel pump has been replaced under recall. I walk out to it tonight and the fuel pump is running with the runner completely off. I cracked open the gas cap and the fuel tank was under alot of pressure. I have over a half a tank of fuel it has 32000 mi and pump was replaced 2yrs ago. Anyone heard of this happening?

Totally normal. The stupid evap fuel emission system does periodic test where it places the fuel system under a strong vacuum to test for leaks.
