Need help please. ECU woes

Hey guys if anyone has a complete ecu pinout for my 98 sr5 I could really use the help. I need the color coded one, I've searched everywhere but I don't want to spend the money on some subscription. If you have it in PDF form that would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

I assume the 98 is NOT the same as the online 2002 diagram? I think TheDurk has a printed 99, not sure.

ECU pin-outs change almost every year. There are a LOT of differences between my '99 and a '98. 2002 and '98 is wildly different due to ATRAC and other stuff. I'd invest in the TIS one-day sub. Of course, I'm the guy that shelled out for the 3-volume FSM for my year. It's paid for itself many times.

Yes they are very different as thedurk has mentioned.

I just don't really have the time or patience to do anything like that haha. Is there also a difference between the 2004 4.7 4runner and the 2004 tundra? I'm looking at the diagram for the 4runner but the tundras ecu has different wire colors completely.

Let me see what I can do

Thank you man, this swap would go so much smoother if I had access to something...

Dude you are the man, what about the Harness itself? I feel like there's a whole diagram I'm missing out on right now. There's the main engine harness that plugs into the ecu then there's the two plugs that branch off..

on the tundra? what do they plug into? You have to bear in mind, I've never touched a Tundra wiring harness. Did a fuel pump on one once...that's about all i know about 'em

For sure haha well it's just like our harness has the same two plugs that branch off from the harness itself and plug into a seperate harness, one is grey and the other is white, I dont know what systems they go to if anything at all that's important to getting a first start up going.

Are you going to have to mod your ECU?

Can you explain your plan for some one who is not technical? (Eg myself with regards to ECUs)
