Need help removing center trim

I searched this site and the net and cant find what I'm looking for. I have a 99 SR5 with a manual tranny. I can't get the trim all the way off from around the shifters. I am working on getting the old stereo out but can't get that far cause I can't get all the dang trim off this thing. Do I need to start at the cubby hole? I seen pics of how to do this but they are all autos and the center console is different.

Thanks in advance.

Open the center armrest thingy (can't remember the name. I'm sick, cut me a break.) Then lift the e-brake about half way and pull the black trim around it up. It'll pop off. I usually grab inside the hole where the e-brake sticks out. Then once you get that off the trim around the shifter will pop right off really easily. Then the center dash piece will pop off. Start frmo the bottom and work your way up to the top. Then you'll have access to the stereo.
Hope this helped. I'm sure most of the names for things I used are wrong but my brain is at about 50% right now.

I don't know what they are called either, haha. But I know exactly what you are saying. Thanks!
