Need help with a few minor issues.

This may sound very petty to all of y'all, but I have no idea where to find the answers to these questions in this forum. I have an 06 SR5 4x4 if that helps answer any of these. If needed, I can upload pictures later today.

1. How should I go about replacing the rear brakelight above the rear windshield?

2. As of now, my driver door doesn't lock- the switch on the inner door handle is jammed in the unlocked setting. I tried to take the door panel off, but I feel like I'm going to crack every piece of plastic I try to pull out.

3. When I tried to take my running boards off, one of the bolts just keeps spinning and spinning... But doesn't ever come out. I did about 5 minutes of an electric wrench and there was no result. This makes me think that there is possibly a nut on the inside of the frame that has broken off and is just spinning along with the bolt. Is there any way that I can get in there and just undo the bolt from the top?

3. Apply some downward pressure when turning the screw to get that one off. It could be striped. But when i took mine off there were no nuts on the top side. they just screwed into the frame.
