Need help with block

I have a 3.0 v6 ( that is original to a 93 4-runner) have a rod that is about to knock out of the side. One of my friends gave me a 3400 quad cam, was wondering if the block is the same, could take the head off one and switch it to make a good engine.

Take your 3.0 out and put the 3.4 in. Do you have the wiring for it?
