need help with bracket

I have an '03. The bracket that is bolted on the fender and the front bumper is attached to it then bolted with one screw at the corner by wheel well. What I'd that bracket called? Is there a part number to this?

Have you tried using a website like VillageToyotaParts.com as a reference? They have very nice diagrams and list the part numbers of items much in the way the Parts Department's system at our dealership works.
